My guest for this episode is Pyn Izumi Motooka. She’s from Vietnam but also has Japanese roots as well. She’s an Asian cook but mainly prepares Japanese cuisine because of the  healthy benefits it has for the body. She’s also an amateur golf player and loves to spend a lot of time on the golf course when possible.
